A. As far out into the main road as possible and as far left as possible in the lane.

  • Sometimes there is limited visibility onto the main street, but even if you can clearly see everything, you might want to do this, just so everyone can see you.
  • Any cars turning left from the main street will have to perform a sharp, slow turn in order to get around your car. The driver will probably give you a dirty look, too.
